- Participate in unit governance and contribute to the development of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in hematology and medical oncology.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population served.
