Position Overview: We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in the legal field and demonstrate expertise in probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning matters to clients.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate and trust administration.
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and charitable giving opportunities.
- Conduct legal research and remain informed on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex estate planning cases.
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in court, as necessary.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of employment.
- Minimum of five years of experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
