Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Occupancy Specialist/Receptionist. This part-time position is approximately 32 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Thursday.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing occupancy records, and performing administrative tasks to support the Enterprise Housing Authority's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and stakeholders
• Manage occupancy records, including Section 8 vouchers and public housing information
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
• Assist with program implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
