Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all equipment and systems in a state of readiness matching the needs of the business.
- Water Softener Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair water softening equipment.
- Water Treatment Systems: Oversee the operation and maintenance of RO and de-ionized water systems.
- Water Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine checks, replace filters, and perform necessary repairs to ensure water quality meets standards.
- Clean Steam Generation: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of WFI generation systems, monitor water quality and system performance, making adjustments as needed to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Water Distribution Networks: Manage and maintain water distribution networks to ensure effective and efficient water flow.
- Building Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor clean steam generation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve problems while maintaining compliance with cGMP or cGLP requirements.
- Communication: Interact with area customers in a professional manner to apprise them of the situation, ongoing status, and results achieved.
- Reporting: Report problems and findings or work results to the Senior Tech or Department Management, as necessary.
- Procedure Development: Assist in developing procedures for work methods to sustain or improve the equipment or processes as requested.
- Leadership: Provide comprehensive informal leadership to promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Review: Review personal performance regularly and develop self within operating functions to continually enhance individual and overall work team performance.
- Reporting Metrics: Provide periodic reports on operating metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Record Keeping: Ensure all maintenance is completed properly and on time and that a record of completion is kept.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition repair materials and equipment as required for the maintenance of facilities.
- Education: High School diploma, and Recognized Trade/Vocational school or equivalent military/construction trades training or apprenticeship.
- Experience: 5 years of journeyman level experience in a technical trade such as HVAC-R, I/E&C, Building Ops, or Maintenance or Construction Trades.
