Responsibilities:
- Perform Troubleshooting and Repairs: You will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair work, and preventative maintenance on all production machinery, equipment, and instrumentation to sustain plant operations at highly efficient levels.
- Install and Modify Equipment: You will also be responsible for installing and modifying production equipment and machinery, as well as documenting project activities and preparing operating standards and/or maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes.
- Maintain Cleanliness: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the maintenance equipment shop and ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Coordinate Multiple Jobs: You will need to coordinate multiple jobs effectively and handle detailed and broad range projects with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Higher: You must have an associate degree or higher in electro-mechanical technology or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging and process equipment line maintenance of machinery in food or beverage manufacturing facilities.
- Dependability and Trustworthiness: You must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to bring energy to the performance of a task while showing consideration for and maintaining good relations with others.
