Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Prepare orders by processing transfers and sales orders, including pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in designated delivery areas.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure all materials are received and staged for upcoming projects in accordance with the project tracker calendar.
  • Physical Inventory Count: Perform physical inventory count activities, product movement, and placement.
  • Logistics Operations: Perform duties required for receive, pick, pack, transfer, and ship activities with respect to quality and productivity standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including counter sales, warranty returns, and cash and credit sales.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the retail/counter sales area and external inventory yard and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Experience: Must have demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent computer proficiency. Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Certifications: Must have a current, valid regular operator (Class D) driving license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate a forklift, certification preferred.
