We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will provide critical support to clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff. By ensuring residents receive top-notch direct care, you'll make a tangible difference in their lives.

To excel in this role, you'll require a current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as mandated by the state. We prefer candidates with at least one year of prior relevant experience and previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
  • Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, as well as following up with ancillary health care services as needed
  • Assisting with the move-in and move-out process, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
  • Providing direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or on-call rotation
  • Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
