We are seeking a Supply Chain Management Assistant to join our team at HandCraft Services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process and managing our MRO inventory.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with local teams to ensure that our facilities have the necessary materials and supplies to operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in inventory management, inside sales or procurement. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required for tracking and analyzing inventory levels and procurement expenses.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent. An associate's degree in supply chain management or a related field is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
  • Tracking and analyzing inventory levels and procurement expenses
  • Providing feedback on inventory management and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and systems

Purchasing and Procurement Support:

  • Processing purchase orders and tracking their status to ensure timely delivery
  • Evaluating suppliers and maintaining accurate supplier contact information

Estimated Salary Range: $27.04 - $32.11 per hour (dependent on experience)
