Our facility is designed to host a variety of sports events and activities, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for all. With state-of-the-art amenities and a commitment to excellence, we aim to be a leading destination for sports tourism.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Concession Team Members. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service at our concession stands, ensuring that patrons receive quality products in a friendly environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Operating cash registers and managing cash drawers accurately.
  • Engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment while working with diverse groups of people.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in dining and concession areas, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Assisting in the unloading and organization of food and supplies.
  • Monitoring food temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage sector is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Willingness to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Exposure to intermittent noise levels in the facility.
