Job Summary

The Banquet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service during events and special occasions at the Eden Resort & Suites.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and clear all food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure assigned tables and work areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
  • Assist in setting up functions according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • At least one year of banquet serving experience is preferred.
  • POS experience is also preferred.
