Position: Quality Control Inspector
Salary: $18.20/Hour
Trace Inc. is a prominent Military Contractor with a legacy dating back to 1993, operating across numerous Military Bases nationwide. As a Non-Profit Organization and an Ability One Contractor, we are dedicated to hiring and training individuals with disabilities, including Veterans and Civilians, although a disability is not a prerequisite for employment.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to oversee and document the quality of Stocker and Custodian performance. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time role, with a schedule of 5 days per week, from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Please note that these hours may vary based on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of nightly stocking and custodial work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and communicate inspection results effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to address any quality deficiencies.
- Monitor external factors that may impact quality and production standards.
- Manage the product Best by Date system.
- Input and manage attendance data using tracking software.
- Strong reading comprehension and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other word processing applications.
- Commitment to quality assurance and attention to detail.
- Experience in grocery or retail environments is preferred.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- A collaborative team player capable of working independently.
