Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and translate them into optimal Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct thorough functionality gap analysis and solution design to meet client needs.
  • Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in HR-related areas within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud module.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and minimum of 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
  • Completion of one full implementation as a Functional Lead with Oracle HCM.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Oracle HCM Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specifically in HR/Benefits.
  • Proven track record in medium- to large-scale implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution.
  • Ability to work on all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
