Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Preferred experience in collections (first-party collections/skip tracing)
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Comfortable with phone-based work for the majority of the day
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays, with varying schedules by location.
