School Psychologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at a great school in the Anderson, SC area. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred students to identify areas of need and develop recommendations for appropriate school programs.
  • Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to collaborate with teachers and staff in developing plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Attend Individualized Education Program and other planning meetings to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Provide group and individual therapy to students, promoting social-emotional learning and academic success.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • State Psychology License.
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.
Employment Details:
  • Full-time, contract position.
  • 24-25 school year.
  • Onsite at a middle/high school level.
  • Evaluations/assessments and small group counseling.
