LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Arlington, Washington. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out physicians' orders by following established protocols and care standards to ensure improved patient outcomes.
  • Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including general abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, breast, thoracentesis/paracentesis, and breast biopsies.
  • Maintain equipment and report any failures or issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in quality assessment (QA) activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and procedures to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Comfortable scanning a variety of body parts and performing complex procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
