Job Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated RN to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This role requires a caring and dependable RN to deliver nursing care and treatment to adults who are ill, injured, or in recovery, all within our patient-centered care framework. You will be expected to conduct clinical evaluations and manage treatments independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Gather thorough information relevant to the patient's health status or circumstances.
· Serve as an advocate for patients within the interdisciplinary team.
· Evaluate assessment data to identify diagnoses or issues.
· Establish anticipated outcomes for a personalized care plan tailored to the patient and their situation.
· Champion patient safety.
· Ensure efficient care and optimal use of time, resources, and equipment.
· Provide education to patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, offering support to patients and their families throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Acute Care RN.
· Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida, Multistate, or be eligible to obtain licensure prior to starting.
· Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
· BLS certification (AHA Healthcare provider) is required before commencing work.
· NIH Stroke Scale certification must be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.Registered Nurse.Registered Nurse Diploma.This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
Compensation:Pay Rates: Up to $43.20/hr. (Based on experience)Sign-On Bonus: $20,000Relocation Assistance: case by caseShift Differential: $4.25/hr. (Nights); $3/hr.
