Field Operations Specialist

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Laborer to join our team in Moccasin, MT. As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs, acquiring knowledge on how to monitor and maintain grain quality, mix/load fertilizer/chemical products, and assisting in loading trains.

• Loading and unloading grain, agronomy, and feed products
• Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring and maintaining grain quality
• Mixing and loading fertilizer/chemical products
• Assisting in loading trains

• 1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Agriculture experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
