Career OpportunitiesWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our Outpatient Psychiatry team. As a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing care for patients, including direct care, patient education, and transitions of care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with mental health professionals
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN license in good standing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS)
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
Mayo Clinic Health System offers a competitive salary range of $32.84 - $55.84 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
