Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN/LVN) in good standing.
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, effective problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Home health experience preferred.
