Winner's Circle Ambassador

Job Summary:

As a Winner's Circle Host at Dave & Buster's, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and guiding Guests through their Midway adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience by providing timely and accurate service, managing wait times, and communicating information as needed.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm welcome to our establishment.
• Assist Guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on items, promoting our products and services.
• Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for our Guests.
• Bid farewell to Guests, ensuring everything was satisfactory and inviting them to return.
• Notify Management of any Guest perceived to be unhappy, ensuring prompt attention to their concerns.
• Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing environment.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable, and reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory, maintaining accurate records.
• Check for restocking of necessary supplies, bringing all areas up to standard, and discussing problem areas with Management.
• Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, ensuring all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
• Properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales, creating an engaging and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist other Team Members as needed, fostering a collaborative and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and write handwritten notes, communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift, reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Compensation:

Compensation is from $14 - $16 per hour.
