Cocktail Server

Kona Grill is seeking a dedicated Bartender to enhance our lively bar experience by delivering exceptional service.

The role of the bartender is crucial in fostering a welcoming and dynamic environment, where guest satisfaction is paramount.

• Guest Engagement: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service at all times.
• Beverage Preparation: Skillfully mix and serve a variety of drinks with professionalism and courtesy.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, demonstrating effective time management and multitasking abilities while possessing thorough knowledge of the drink menu.
• Table Service: May involve serving patrons in the designated bar area.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service dining environment.
• Must comply with the legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Experience in high-volume or casual dining establishments is preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Competence in managing a cash register and maintaining its accuracy throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift and transport items, such as glass racks and ice bins, weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly during shifts.
• Comfortable standing and moving efficiently for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
