Job Title: League Match Captain

Salary: $30 per hour in Naperville, IL.

Company Overview: TOCA USA is a dynamic soccer facility that redefines the league referee position. As a League Match Captain, you will be an expert in rules and regulations, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for players while promoting a safe and welcoming playing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Guest & Player Experience:
  1. Uphold the culture and values of TOCA USA
  2. Promote a fun, engaging, and welcoming leagues experience
  3. Display a consistent positive attitude & effort
  4. Create an atmosphere of high energy and excitement
  5. Communicate with players on upcoming events and other playing opportunities at TOCA USA
• Hosting Games:
  1. Engage with players on the pitch
  2. Explain rules and regulations as needed to ensure understanding
  3. Ensure game rules and regulations are being followed
• Administrative Functions:
  1. Track time of games
  2. Track attendance of players
  3. Track game and team statistics
• Inspect Equipment:
  1. Ensure all equipment meets the specifications of the games being played
  2. Conduct equipment checks for all players, league needs, and fields

Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of high school soccer playing experience, preferred experience refereeing soccer matches or in a league setting, USSF licensing certifications is preferred.
