Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for forecasting, planning, purchasing, and inventory management of our products across multiple brands, supporting our rapidly growing wholesale and e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customers, finance, supply planning, and manufacturing, to develop and implement demand plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve forecasting accuracy and provide exception reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to align on events, promotions, and demand plans to achieve customer service objectives.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and supply planning teams to improve service and inventory metrics.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of products from manufacturing to customer shipping and receiving, minimizing supply and inventory disruptions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management for an e-commerce, wholesale, or consumer goods business.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (BA) required, MBA preferred.
  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with retail management systems, such as Retail/Link, Madrid, and Amazon Vendor/Sell Central.
  • Strong Excel and Office skills, with database skills such as SQL a plus.
  • Ability to develop forecast models and understand basic statistics.
  • APICS, IBF, or other certification a plus.
