Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary:

At Dialyze Direct, our mission is to provide exceptional dialysis care to patients. We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, training, and home support. You will work collaboratively with our team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives, and dedicated Nephrologists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care, training, and home support to patients
• Collect and record patient health data
• Develop and maintain a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
• Implement and record interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
• Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures
• Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• BS/AA/diploma in nursing
• 6 months of RN experience strongly preferred
• 3 months of hemodialysis experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
