Lakeside Accommodation Attendant

As a Resort Room Care Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the resort rooms, as assigned. This includes:
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to exceed guest expectations
- Removing soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room and providing fresh replacements
- Neatly making beds and stocking towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policies
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring room meets hotel standards with a final walkaround
- Taking found items to designated lost and found area if guest has checked out
- Completing maintenance request forms for all items in disrepair or damaged
The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and walking. You must also be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and reach up to 80 inches.
