Compensation: The starting pay rate is $26.00/hr, with an increase of $1/hr after the first 30 days of employment. Additionally, a night differential of $1.50/hr applies for PM shifts, and $1/hr for weekend shifts.
Shift Availability: Sunday-Wednesday, 5pm-3:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and prioritize the safety and health of all personnel at HelloFresh.
- Provide expertise in various areas such as environmental management, compliance, occupational safety, risk management, and occupational health through education and training.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations within the facility, including safety training for new hires, Lockout/Tagout procedures, machine guarding, and chemical safety.
- Actively participate in identifying safety risks on the production floor and assist in accident investigations.
- Serve as the safety subject matter expert for management inquiries.
- Conduct EHS audits and respond to identified gaps.
- Facilitate ergonomic assessments and safety coaching for associates.
- Provide basic first aid as an on-site responder.
- Enhance visibility of HSE initiatives and recommend improvements based on observations.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies for contractors and visitors.
- Assist in developing and implementing the site emergency action plan.
- Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all tasks performed on-site.
- Support other departments, including quality and logistics, as needed.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution center or a related field, or a 4-year degree in a safety-related discipline.
- Preferred safety certifications include GSP, ASP, OHST, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA compliance, particularly regarding powered industrial trucks and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
