Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with established medical orders during each assignment.
- Monitor and assess changes in the patient's physiological and psychosocial conditions.
- Gather, analyze, and document data from healthcare team members to identify nursing diagnoses.
Required Qualifications:
- Active licensure as an LPN/LVN in the relevant state.
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
- Valid BLS certification.
