Roving Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Roving Plumber to join our team at Global Integrity Realty Corporation. As a Roving Plumber, you will play a critical role in maintaining the plumbing systems of our properties, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

• Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, troubleshooting issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues, implementing preventive measures to extend the lifespan of plumbing components.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency plumbing requests, including leaks and pipe bursts, to minimize property damage and inconvenience to tenants.
• Installation and Upgrades: Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances as needed, assisting in planning and executing plumbing system upgrades or renovations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any recommendations for future repairs or upgrades, communicating updates and completed work to property managers and maintenance teams.
• Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to local plumbing codes and regulations, staying updated on industry standards and best practices for plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of plumbing tools, equipment, and supplies, replenishing and restocking as necessary.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others, promoting safe plumbing practices among the maintenance team and contractors.

• A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel throughout the portfolio as needed.
• Proven experience as a plumber in multi-family residential and commercial settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call and emergency response duties.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and use plumbing tools and equipment.
