Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Automotive Technicians to work in our busy service departments. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle problems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and achieve productivity goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry developments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive secondary school or technical degree preferred
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership environment
- ASE A/C certification and Vermont state inspectors certificate required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
