Job Summary

The Human Resources Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of employed staff for system-wide positions. This individual will coordinate with other HR staff on the new hire process up to orientation, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment and placement of employed staff for system-wide positions
  • Coordinate with other HR staff on the new hire process up to orientation
  • Represent Stillwater Medical at job fairs and community events to recruit qualified applicants
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization
Requirements
  • HS or GED Equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree required or 3 years' experience in Human Resources/Recruiting required (in lieu of degree)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Functional in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
  • Ability to accurately manage completion of time-sensitive information in a busy work environment
Physical Requirements
  • Adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections
  • Able to hear and converse with others on the phone
  • Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts to prepare reports and read written materials
  • Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment
