Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team at Texas Health Frisco. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Surgical setting
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
