Job Title: Physical Therapist/PT Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist/PT Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist/PT Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

* Consult with patients to understand their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to inform treatment decisions.
* Collaborate with physical therapists to administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments and promote patient mobility and independence.
* Provide educational information to patients and their families on injury prevention, ergonomics, and physical health promotion.
* Document patient care history and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

* Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
* Compliant with state regulatory requirements.
* Valid license to practice physical therapy.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Compassionate and attentive to detail.
* Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in a team environment.
