Job Title: Registered Nurse - SICU

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Everett, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Surgical Intensive Care Unit. As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients with highly unstable, life-threatening conditions and provide timely interventions to ensure optimal care.
  • Manage various life-support systems, including ventilation and heart-monitoring, to maintain patient stability.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
