We are seeking a driven and charismatic Keyholder to join our team at Rose & Remington. As a leader on the sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth store experience.

• Collaborate with the Team Lead to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all product lines to provide expert styling advice to customers.

• Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an engaging shopping environment.

• Demonstrate a passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
