Your Role as a Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide personalized care and support, helping them navigate the complexities of hospice care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and progress

Schedule and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with on-call rotation.
