Rotor Cell Assembler

The Rotor Cell Assembler is a critical role within the Parker Hannifin Corporation, responsible for ensuring the quality of product and workmanship. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Company procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct mechanical and visual inspections to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Assemble machined parts into precision aircraft according to prescribed tests and specifications.
- Utilize various power equipment, such as hydraulic and drill presses, torque wrenches, drills, taps, reams, countersinks, functional gages, and spot faces for assembly purposes.
- Position and align parts, bolt, screw, and rivet parts together, lap and hone high tolerance features, and mark identifying information on parts.
- Perform inspection functions, including visual inspection, part testing, functional performance test of the assembled unit, and other associated duties of a certified operator.
- Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies, and package the final assembly for shipping or storage.
- Ensure timely and proper completion of paperwork on all work assigned and performed as required by Company procedures.
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Trade school experience preferred
- 1-2 years of manufacturing operations experience preferred
- Mechanical skills/abilities
