The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is in search of a skilled Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to enhance our Medical Department's after-hours services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive compassionate and high-quality medical attention during the overnight hours.
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with experienced medical leadership to deliver comprehensive care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing appropriate medical interventions and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a healthcare setting, preferably with a geriatric population.
- Active and valid NP or PA license in New York State.
- Familiarity with SigmaCare or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
