Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to evaluate and improve employee performance
    • Recruit, hire, and train high-quality staff to meet business needs

  • Client Relations:
    • Collaborate with the Nursing Director to conduct intake interviews with new client families
    • Participate in weekly meetings to prepare for patients coming onto services
    • Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction survey reports
    • Manage incidents and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Business Operations:
    • Develop and implement branch growth strategies to drive business expansion
    • Review and analyze financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to inform business decisions
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
    • Collaborate with the Client Relations Director to visit referral sources and promote business growth
    • Oversee internal billing and collection efforts to ensure clean claims

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR

Preferences

  • College Degree
  • 2-3 Years Management Experience
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Pediatric experience preferred
