Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Family Practice physician to join our team in Raymore, MO. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and take on leadership responsibilities.
About the Position:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for primary care and be committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
* Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
* Current Missouri medical license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
