Teller Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Specialist to join our team at Central Bancompany. As a Teller Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and reconcile daily balances.
• Assist customers with various banking services, such as account openings and loan applications.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately count cash.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
