About the Role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients. You will conduct comprehensive health histories and physical assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic health problems, and prescribe medications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited advanced practice program
  • Capable of providing care without physician supervision
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office
