- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the pastry and drink displays, counters, floors, and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day, and restock as necessary.
- Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing the cash drawer and handling customer transactions.
- Communication: Regularly communicate and converse with guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: 3 to 6 months of relevant related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to interpret and perform basic math, computer, and POS system functions.
