Corporate Paralegal

Stern & Eisenberg PC is a reputable law firm with a 40-year history of delivering reliable legal services. We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Warrington, PA.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, or title law and excellent computer skills. They must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively in an office environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including a matching 401(k) plan.

• Provide support to paralegal staff, updating the internal case management system (CaseAware) and completing assigned tasks.
• Utilize and update client portals, such as Vendorscape, Black Knight, Equator, TEMPO, etc., to accept and integrate new referrals and reflect all client activities.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, affidavits, and pleadings.

We value attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, or title law.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
