Job Description
As a Full Time Restaurant Manager at The Monster Wings, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, following company policies, addressing customer concerns, and creating work schedules for staff members.

Key Responsibilities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure they meet restaurant procedures and standards
• Delegate tasks to team members and hold them accountable for their performance
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain safety and food quality standards, cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards
• Manage employee hours, create schedules to control labor costs, record payroll data
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints
• Maintain knowledge of proper food handling techniques and procedures
