About the Job

We are looking for a Mechanical Superintendent to join our team at JCO Workforce Solutions. As a senior leader in our operations department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a strong background in mechanical systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating mechanical construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintaining effective communication with project managers and stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing project plans
