Cultivation Specialist

Cresco Labs is seeking a skilled Cultivation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and maintaining plant production and health, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain plant health through pruning, topping, trimming, and other tasks as required
- Ensure accurate documentation of plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with the Cultivation Manager to track plants from birth to harvest
- Maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead
- Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
