Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the appearance of public areas of the hotel.
  • Deep clean assigned areas, set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events.
  • Clean and set up meeting room functions, deliver service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk, and drive shuttle van when needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
  • Comply with company standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Provide turndown service to assigned guest rooms and suites.
  • Clean and refresh guest rooms as needed.
  • Restock guest rooms per shift.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
  • Report any maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle items for Lost and Found according to company standards.
  • Follow all procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Manager.
