Support Structure:
The physician will collaborate with two additional Hematology/Oncology Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The APPs will manage infusion services and attend to acute and symptomatic patients under the direct supervision of the physician team.

A robust support staff, including APPs, RNs, dietary specialists, navigators, schedulers, and financial coordinators, will be available. The practice features a fully equipped infusion room and a standard outpatient oncology practice. The pharmacy services are managed by a hospital-based team, which includes an oncology-certified pharmacist. The role also includes collaboration with specialists in Radiation Oncology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pathology, and Radiology (including Interventional Radiology). Furthermore, there is a strong primary care network with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents training in the system.
