Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure system availability and resolve incidents in accordance with defined processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a network or system operator, with a strong background in Cisco/Juniper or Unix, hypervisor/container services.
  • A self-sufficient, structured, and highly reliable approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A friendly and open-minded demeanor, with a strong service mentality and a customer-centric approach.
  • Initial experience in a higher programming language (e.g. Python, JAVA), with a willingness to continue developing technical skills.
