The President and CEO of Community Connections will serve as the face of the organization, providing clear vision, inspiration, and increased visibility to both external and internal members of the community.
This leader will have the opportunity to lead and grow the organization to even greater levels of service, visibility, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the organization's growth and success.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, donors, and volunteers.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Advocacy: Advocate for the organization's mission and values, promoting awareness and understanding of the importance of community-based services.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership experience, with a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit or related field.
They will have a deep understanding of nonprofit leadership and organizational development, with experience in building healthy and productive teams.
The candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve a shared vision.
Preferred QualificationsA bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree in a human service or business administration related field preferred.
Experience in upper-level management positions, with a strong understanding of nonprofit governance and operations, is also preferred.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position annually is between $175,000 - $200,000.
The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, vision, auto and home insurance, paid family and medical leave, life and AD&D insurance, long term disability, Flexible Spending Account- medical and dependent care, Employee Assistance Program, and a 403b retirement plan.
